If you’ve been to Downtown New Paltz, imagine that—but bigger, with even more shops, restaurants, and attractions. Beacon is a haven for vinyl collectors. Hudson Valley Vinyl is packed with new and used records, while The Vinyl Room offers a unique mix of records, cocktails, and community spirit. Fun fact—The Vinyl Room was featured in the Netflix series The Four Seasons, making it a pop culture stop as well as a shopping destination.

On our visit, we had dinner at Quinn’s, a relaxed, casual spot known for its incredible ramen. The broth was rich, the noodles fresh, and the atmosphere friendly—exactly the kind of meal you want after a day of exploring.
